2012 July

06 - While we were arranging flowers for the Altar, a spider came to inspect....
Who would have expected it?
Well, we've got to run along now. Bye.

01  Feast of the Most Precious Blood.  Holy Mass by Rev. Fr. Timothy Pfeiffer.
After the Holy Mass, we cleaned the chapel and assisted the catechism pupils in their needs.  Then when everyone had left, we organized a picnic and meeting at the city gymnasium grounds.  It seemed like a girl's picnic because only one male member was able to attend, the rest being absent.  Three female friends of Gemma joined us.  We asked them about their impression of the traditional Mass as it was their first time to attend one and then we gave them some short explanations on the differences between the traditional Mass and the novus ordo Mass.

After the picnic-meeting, we returned to the headquarters and continued our group discussion on "The
Friends of the Cross" by St. Louis de Montfort.
Then we had some snacks and we taught fun songs to the new girls. We ended the day by reading the Charter of the Apostle and kneeling before the Blessed Sacrament to renew our promise to be fervent apostles.  We then sang the Angelus and bade each other goodbye after many well-wishes for each others' school exams and presentations.
